Our Private Garden

Project Summary:

This mature property is surrounded by green, lush vegetation making this the perfect place to eat, sit and unwind. The surrounding greenery really allowed us to play with different tones, textures and colours. We used large Permacon Mega Melville pavers in Sky Grey; this bright stone perfectly compliment the bright greens and warm browns. The warm browns are reflective not only in the trees during fall, but the gorgeous cedar and aluminum outdoor structure. This structure acts as the perfect seating area for the homeowners to gather and eat or watch some television; the pot lights installed make gathering outdoors possible during the night and day! It also works as a perfect place to enjoy the weather without being in direct heat. The addition of a ceiling fan keeps our homeowners cool during those hot summer days. Just off the main house, we built steps using concrete; these steps lead down into the walk-out basement. To finish off this stunning property we added planting throughout. Since this property is surrounded by large trees and mature vegetation, we planted boxwood shrubs to add horizontal dimension.
