This bachelor wanted an inviting outdoor space perfect for entertaining, featuring a spacious patio, cozy fire pits, and lush greenery that creates a welcoming atmosphere for friends and family. With plenty of seating and vibrant landscaping, the area is ideal for hosting unforgettable gatherings.
As you step into the backyard, you’re greeted by a path of Rinox Quadra Sky Grey pavers that guide you toward the pool. The porch landing is highlighted by Rinox Proma XL Sky Grey tiles with Mist Ora steps, while a diamond-pattern paver inlay adds an extra touch of visual intrigue.
To maximize the lot, we extended the pool and waterfall to the furthest setback without sacrificing green space, creating a stunning focal point. The highlight of this landscape is a custom-shaped 37′ x 16′ pool, complete with a 10′ x 16′ tanning ledge and a deep-end bench. The show stopping 25′ waterfall, featuring a built-in TV, laminars, and two 7′ water sheers, adds to the impressive atmosphere.
Lush greenery, including columnar beech oaks, Karl Foerster grass, globe boxwoods, and Ever Clear elms, surrounds the space, blending water features with vibrant landscaping. Strategically placed LED strip lighting and artificial turf enhances the inviting ambiance, adding drama to the pool patio area.
A 12′ x 14′ cabana, finished in elegant stucco, serves as a multi-functional space with a washroom, TV, and a cozy fireplace. The custom kitchen includes a BBQ, pizza oven, fridge, and storage, all faced with Rinox Proma 3XL tiles and topped with sleek black granite.
Next to the pool, a custom wood pergola featuring a rainfall waterfall cascading over a fire pit area completes this outdoor oasis, making it the perfect spot for relaxation and entertainment.
