Project Summary:
– The design concept for this landscape project centers on transforming the backyard into a luxurious, resort-style retreat, while enhancing the front yard for increased curb appeal. The backyard’s primary focus is leveling the terrain with a custom retaining wall, creating distinct zones for relaxation and recreation. At the heart of the space is a pool, framed by an arched feature wall with a built-in water feature, drawing attention to this serene focal point. Adjacent to the pool, a spacious patio offers ample room for lounging, dining, and entertaining, seamlessly transitioning into a loggia extending from the house. This covered outdoor space adds shade and a cozy atmosphere for year-round use.
– Two pergolas positioned on either side of the pool add architectural interest, framing the views and providing additional shaded seating areas. The outdoor kitchen is strategically placed near the patio for easy access while cooking and socializing, featuring a built-in grill, counter space, and storage. A fire pit area invites evening gatherings, while a sport court ensures active recreation for all ages.
– In the front yard, the focus is on enhancing the home’s curb appeal with layered plantings, including vibrant colors and textures that complement the architecture. Sculptural trees and shrubs frame the entry, while a clean, modern pathway leads guests to the front door. Together, the front and back yards create a cohesive, visually stunning landscape that blends functionality with luxury.
