Tranquility thrives in small spaces, making this property the perfect place to build a backyard getaway that feels just as serene as it looks. All colours, tones, and textures work in conjunction to create a sense of balance; the 37 x 22 Permacon Mega Melville Scandina Grey pavers work as a cool, natural foundation that sets a perfect contrast to the Permacon Metrikes in Rockland Black; this stone is used to create a chevron pattern on both ends of the pool to add a unique visual element. Rinox Viva Grande pavers in Midnight Black were used to border the pool and surrounding area, adding to the overall design element. Stunning cedar wood was used for the deck and pool house/outdoor bathroom. The use of natural materials like cedar brings a sense of warmth and authenticity to a space that utilizes contemporary design in its functional structures. The cedar deck features an outdoor kitchen space where our clients and their guests can barbeque and host all summer! Adjacent to the wooden deck, you will find a modern yet chic outdoor structure that works as both the pool house and bathroom. This structure features Rilaux aluminum sliding in the colour Driftwood. To keep things functional during the evening hours, pot lights were installed keeping this cabana illuminated and bright. Beech trees and Mondo grass are planted horizontally along the pool to add a breath of fresh air that organically compliment the essence of balance, serenity, and modernity that this remarkable property offers.
