Project Summary:

Our homeowners wanted to bring the comfort of the indoors, out; by adding key features that mirror the comfortable yet modern main house. This property is situated on a large lot surrounded by mature trees. When our homeowners acquired the property, it had a uniquely shaped pool that needed major renovations to give it a modern essence. By adding a 45 x 20 tanning ledge, new liner, bubblers and a gorgeous new feature wall, we modernized the pool without stripping its traditional character. This feature wall is equipped with three water sheers, under-mount lighting, custom coping and two larger burners. To add another layer of detail, we used limestone coping with pot light inlays around the perimeter of the pool; by using three sources of light around the pool, our homeowners are free to swim all night long. To compliment the large stepping stones, we added artificial turf between the stones in a unique pattern; adding both vibrant colour and the natural texture of the grass. These stepping stones also feature built-in pot lights to ensure a well-lit seating area. Adjacent to the pool, is a fully functioning pool house. This pool house is a key feature in bringing the indoors out; while it may look like a cabana, it is insulated and built like a small house that can be utilized all year round! The outside of the cabana has built-in LED strip lights and pot lights while the inside has a full shower, bathroom, full kitchen, a large island with granite countertops, pot lights and television. This cabana also features a heating system and bi-folding glass doors to make it spacious and customizable to the season. Under the gorgeous pergola, our homeowners also have an outdoor kitchen; providing not one but two spaces to cook, sit and entertain!
