Project Summary:
Small spaces only bring the people within, closer! 108 Bladerson is proof that the size of a property is not indicative of what can be achieved, but that creativity makes for endless possibilities. We started by updating their front walkway and driveway. We used large Permacon Mega Melville Scandina Grey pavers that perfectly compliment the Rinox Proma Ash Charcoal pavers used to detail the front walkway/porch. To add another level of detail, a chevron pattern inlay was used for each of the elevations leading to the front door. A stunning feature wall was built to work as both a visually interesting element and provide extra lighting. The same pavers were used for the side walkway to add a cohesive flow from the front of the property to the back. Entering the back of the property, our homeowners and their guests are greeted by a gorgeous aluminum pergola that features an automatic roof; it houses an outdoor kitchen, privacy screen, pizza oven and, a seating area with a television. The pavers used for the back of the property perfectly mirror the front; the boarders give purpose to any space like the seating area in front of the pool. A 16 x 10 pool makes for the perfect place to soak and cool down on those hot summer days. We installed artificial turf as a low-maintenance option to add color and texture all year round. Horizontally planted along the pool, Emerald Cedars and Hydrangeas act as a natural privacy wall. Planting does not stop there; Japanese Painted Ferns, Golden Mock Ostrich Ferns, Green Velvet Boxwoods and Blue Junipers can be found planted all around this property both back and front!
