Stepping Into Serenity

Project Summary:

Walking down each level is like taking another step into heaven. Although this property is situated on a lot that requires multiple levels, our designers were able to create a dream backyard that checks all the boxes. 24 x 12 pavers in both grey and midnight black, were used as a contrasting base that adds to the overall elegance of the design. Black soldier boarders truly make the grey pavers, stunning beech trees, and fresh hydrangeas stand out. Walking out of the property and onto composite decking sets the tone for both beauty and strength. The main feature of this property is the L-shaped pool; this beautiful pool is equipped with a stunning tanning ledge with the addition of Laminar deck jets that give this backyard the calming nature our clients desire. Creating the perfect place to hide from the sun on hot summer days inspired the idea of an outdoor cabana that comes with the added feature of a bathroom. If the cabana does not provide enough relief from the heat, the sunroom built off the existing home features an air conditioning unit that will surely bring the beauty of the backyard in while staying cool. Landscape lighting helps keep this stunning backyard perfectly lit through all hours of the evening. From up lighting that illuminates the lush greenery, to the under-mount lighting beneath the custom retaining walls, this property stays well-lit and in perfect view no matter what time of day!
