This Is Heaven

Residential Construction (This is Heaven) $250,000 – $500,000

Project Summary:

This private backyard retreat utilises every square inch, providing our homeowners the perfect place to relax and have fun; where beauty does not compromise comfort! By incorporating different elements of entertainment, we were able to transform this space into a backyard that is enjoyable yet functional. The dream begins at the front of the property where our clients are welcomed by a stunning new driveway and front walkway. Constructed with Permacon Mega-Melville Range Margaux Beige 32 x 32 pavers and bordered with Rinox Proma Ash Charcoal 16 x 32 pavers; This driveway is the perfect first impression. The walkway features a unique chevron pattern that complements the existing home. A stunning garden structure with under- mount lighting illuminates the concrete floating steps while creating dimensionality. Hydrangeas and boxwood shrubs were added to provide colour and dimension. The entrance to the back of the property is led by gorgeous Permacon Mega-Melville Range Margaux Beige 32 x 32 stepping stones that sit between artificial turf.

A key feature that makes this project stand out from the rest is the putting green that was installed. The putting green is made with artificial turf, allowing our clients to enjoy golf all year long. Another key feature is the stunning cabana that includes a marble feature wall, wood panelling throughout, pot lights, an outdoor washroom, herringbone stonework and a serving hatch that takes serving guests to the next level! During the summer months, our clients can cool down by the pool; this pool features a stunning feature wall that includes water sheers and deck jets. The water sheers provide fun light and water movement to provide a visual and audio experience. We also added the perfect seating area with a gas fire pit and a perfect pool view. To keep things private, we planted privacy trees like Emerald Cedars, and Ginger Wine Ninebarks as well as smaller shrubs like green velvet boxwoods. Between all that green, we wanted to add some colour; this included planting hydrangeas, Japanese Maples and Blue Junipers. To tie this project together we used river rock around the perimeter of the property to perfectly match the neighboring property.
