We kept the concept of “family” at the core of our designs as our clients have small children. That’s where the idea of a private outdoor playground came to life! Equipped with soft turf, a single deck swing set and custom-made wood play table for years of fun and memories that will last a lifetime! To give this playground the essence of the community park, we surrounded the exterior with both small cedar trees and green beeches trees.

Adjacent to the cabana, a modernly designed pool that gives these homeowners the full spa experience. With three waterfall features built into a uniquely custom retaining wall, our clients and their guests experience the relaxing sounds of the rippling flows and cascading water. This beautiful retaining wall also home to three purple beech trees and charming shrubs that brings swimmers that much closer to nature. Constructed with both beige and midnight black pavers this retaining wall adds yet another unique layer to this custom masterpiece. The interlocking surrounding the cabana and pool is also designed with large 16 x 32 pavers that features a paver patio that perfectly mirrors the custom water feature wall!
Customizations do not stop there! The front portion of the property features stunning retaining walls with waterfall edges. These retaining walls are installed with undermount lighting that illuminate both the walkway and the surrounding greenery. These walkways were constructed with a beautiful mix of beige and midnight black pavers although what makes the exterior special is the Mexican black beach pebbles boarding the walkway to the front door.
