Sundays are for football and cool drinks by the pool! Our clients expressed the desire take their hosting skills to the next level, so we transformed this average space to an entertainer’s dream! Watching the game under a stunning pavilion gives our homeowners and their guests a place of refuge during those hot summer days! The flat roof pavilion is fully equipped with an outdoor audio system and television built onto a stunning cedar wall. An entertainment space wouldn’t be complete without a kitchen! The kitchen is furnished with stainless steel appliance and a built-in barbeque for hours of cooking and fun! After the game, our homeowners and their guests can make their way to the beautiful pool or take a dip in the relaxing jacuzzi! A feature wall the homes three waterfalls provides the relaxing sounds of rushing water: adding yet another element of tranquility. This modern water feature wall is constructed with beautiful large 23 x 38 silver white pavers that compliments the charcoal grey pavers surrounding the pool.

Our designers used white in lays to separate the surrounding pool form the entertainment area; heiring bone charcoal grey pavers work to add another element of visual interest. To mirror the pavilion, a charming cabana that is both functional and beautiful. With an outdoor shower, bathroom, change room and storage unit, this cabana is a seamless addition to any outdoor oasis.
Le Chateau
A mix of landscape and pot lighting give our homeowners the comfort to entertain all night long! Pot lighting can be found in both the exterior of the cabana and between the cedarwood roof in the pavilion. Up lighting is used to illuminate the beauty of green beech and cedar trees planted around the perimeter of the property. Undermount lighting was installed in steps, walkways and, landings to ensure a bright, safe walk throughout the backyard. The garden path leading to the front yard is complete with Black Mexican beech pebbles and ryegrass that leave guests feeling like they spent the day at the spa!
