Restoring the Dream- residential construction
We remolded this out-of-date backyard and turned it into the paradise of our clients’ dreams. Our clients had spent time in Florida and wanted something that captured that feeling of a beach side atmosphere. One of the more significate restorations was updating the 25-year-old pool; we removed the dingy, old fiberglass material and replaced them with new, modern vinyl pool steps that give a high-end concrete look without the cost and roughness of concrete.

We refaced the interlocking that completes the entire backyard landscape. We used large grey pavers to reface the hot tub, this works to add interesting texture and complimentary colours. Aside from the pool, a main feature of this backyard is the unique and charming pool house. Reminiscent of the pool house our clients saw on the beach, this structure works as the cutest bar in town! Just steps away, yet another matching cabana that works as a full bathroom and storage/machinal room. To keep this property low maintenance, we continued interlocking along the siding of the home. This creates a uniform, flawless finish that follows homeowners and their guests around every inch of this beautiful backyard. To keep this property lit throughout the evening hours, we installed pot lighting under each cabana as used LED spa lights that leave the pool with a warm glow.
